About · What is behind the product lines

One chain, one set of master data, sixteen product lines

Suanshu Haiyuan is the product brand for the chain a vehicle travels from a Chinese yard to a customer abroad. Sixteen product lines sit on one VIN master record and one per-vehicle cost card, and market differences arrive as packs.

1. What Suanshu Haiyuan is

A brand for one chain, not a catalogue of systems.

Export is usually described as one business. In practice it is a sequence of hand-offs: someone decides what to buy, someone prepares the vehicle, someone assembles the documents, someone books the vessel, someone clears it, someone sells it in the destination market, and someone finally reconciles what the deal earned. Cost, documents and stock change hands at every step — and that is where spreadsheets appear.

Suanshu Haiyuan is built along that sequence. Sixteen product lines cover the hand-offs from sourcing to aftersales, and they share one VIN master record, one per-vehicle cost card and one document set. The same vehicle is therefore the same record in the yard, on the vessel, in the overseas warehouse and in the retail order.

The boundary matters as much as the scope: a product line is an operating surface for one part of the chain, not a separate product with its own master data. Adding the second line does not mean migrating the first.

2. Two shared foundations

Everything above the master data is a feature. The master data is the product.

FoundationWhat it holdsWhy it cannot be per-line
Suanshu Haiyuan CoreVIN master record, per-vehicle cost card, multi-currency handling, region packs, and the five end-points: workbench, dealer portal, mobile, group screen, brand siteCost and documents are computed once per VIN; a second implementation is the first place two reports stop agreeing

Default basis; the actual split follows the customer's organisation and authorisation scheme.

The foundations are not sold as separate products and do not appear as lines on a quotation. They are the reason the sixteenth product line costs less to add than the first: a new line connects to capabilities instead of rebuilding master data.

3. Sixteen product lines in five groups

All sixteen exist in the product. Two currently have a public demo tenant.

GroupLinesThe question the group answers
Trade and sourcing5What to buy, at what landed cost, and on which terms it is sold
Logistics and delivery3Where the vehicle is, what it is waiting for, and when it can move
Compliance and finance2Whether the document set is complete, and what the deal actually earned
Channel and retail3How the overseas entity sells, stocks and prices
Aftersales and service3What happens after handover: repair, warranty, parts, connected data

Default basis; the actual split follows the customer's organisation and authorisation scheme.

The number describes capability, not deployments. It says the surfaces exist and share the master data; it does not say that every customer runs all sixteen. Most start with the export line and add the next one where a hand-off hurts.

Vehicle export and used-vehicle export have open demo tenants. The other fourteen are implemented and are shown on your own chain during a walkthrough, because a tenant carrying real-shaped data is not something we hand to anonymous visitors.

4. Market differences travel as packs

A new country should be a pack to validate, not a project to run.

Customs steps, the way tax compounds, certification, document templates, settlement currency and the working language of the store differ by market; the chain around them does not. Writing those differences into the main process produces a fork per country, and every later fix lands in one fork only.

They are carried as region packs instead: a core pack plus sixteen country packs across Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. A pack states which version of the rules it implements, so when a quotation turns out wrong it is possible to tell whether the structure or the rate table was stale.

A pack that has not passed validation does not reach production, and a pack can be rolled back. That is the delivery claim — it is not a promise that customs is easy.

5. How it is delivered and priced

One line running first, then the next one where the hand-off hurts.

The vendor is Shanghai Siyang Information Technology Co., Ltd., which publishes under the brand Suanshu Technology and has worked in enterprise systems for twenty years. Its other sites, micount.cn, nocod.cn and zerocod.cn, cover procurement, ERP selection and consulting delivery, and share the same delivery team.

  1. Start with the line that carries the most cost today, usually vehicle export or used-vehicle export, and run it through a full cycle before adding another.
  2. Remote-first delivery, on site where the process cannot be settled over a call; partner teams cover local presence where it is required.
  3. The quotation is itemised: software, implementation, region-pack work and any interface are separate lines, and they are written into the contract.
  4. No per-head licensing and no percentage of exported units — the price does not grow because your team or your volume grew.
  5. Every capability claim is meant to be checkable on a demo tenant or in a walkthrough; where it is not, we say so instead of qualifying it.

Scope of this page

Suanshu Haiyuan. Company, brand structure, and what is deliberately left out. Shanghai Siyang Information Technology Co., Ltd.. https://eficien.com/en/about.html (English edition 2026-10-31). The brand structure, the product-line count and the pack count match the Chinese edition of this site; no customer names, deployment counts or performance figures are included.

Suanshu Haiyuan is the product brand; Shanghai Siyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: Suanshu Technology) is the vendor. Statements about the product are checkable on a demo tenant or in a walkthrough.

6. What this page does not claim

The honest part of an about page is the list of things it leaves out.

  1. No customer names, deployment counts or performance figures. Cases are published only with written approval from the customer, and any number quoted in a conversation is confirmed in writing together with its baseline.
  2. The product interface is Simplified Chinese. The English pages describe the same screens; they do not imply that an English UI exists today.
  3. “Implemented” means the capability exists and shares the master data, not that a public demo tenant exists for it.
  4. No certification, clearance or compliance guarantee: the system organises documents and checks completeness, while the legal outcome is decided by the authority, not by the software.
