Demo and cases
Look at the system first, then talk about working together
Two tenants open with no sign-up: vehicle export dealership and used-vehicle export. Below is the same half-hour route we walk with customers, the first question each role tends to ask, and what this page deliberately leaves out.
Prefer Chinese? The Chinese edition of this page carries the full source list and every numeric caveat. 本页中文版

1. Two tenants you can open right now
Both are separate demo tenants: vehicles, customers, stores and documents are seeded sample data, and you can add, edit or delete anything without affecting anyone else.
The interface is in Simplified Chinese. That is a real limitation of the demo, not something this page will gloss over: what you are judging here is the data model and the flow, and we walk you through it in English on the call. If a screen matters to your decision, ask and we will translate that screen on the spot rather than paraphrase it.
No form, no email, no sales gate. The login page is the entry — pick a demo account and you are inside.
Vehicle export dealership
Nine stages on one VIN: group purchase → shipping → customs clearance → tax allocated per vehicle → PDI → overseas warehouse → 4S sale and handover → aftersales → returns and credit notes.
Open the demo (in Chinese) →Used-vehicle export
Sourcing, appraisal and pricing, export documents and licences, settlement and tax refund: one file per vehicle, one licence per batch, document completeness tracked as a gate rather than a reminder.
Open the demo (in Chinese) →2. The other thirteen lines: implemented, no public account
All sixteen product lines are implemented on the same VIN master data and cost card. Only two have public demo accounts, because the rest carry customer-shaped data we would rather seed for your chain than for nobody in particular.
| You tell us | We do | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Which line to look at (warehouse, aftersales, parts, PDI, compliance, finance, brand site, connected fleet, EV powertrain and so on) | Open a demo tenant seeded with that line's stages, documents and roles | Same working day, usually within a few hours |
| Your role and target market | Adjust the role permissions and the country pack (customs, tax, certification, documents, currency, language) | Same working day |
| Which two or three questions the system must answer | Prepare those screens first, so the half hour is spent on your questions rather than on a tour | Before the call |
No public account is not the same as not built. Ask for the line you care about and judge it the same way.
3. Half an hour, one fixed order
The route below is what we actually use. It is ordered so that each step can be checked against the previous one, and it ends with a list of disagreements rather than a feature tour.
| Step | What to do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Read the product intro before touching the workbench | You see which stages and which client screens the chain has, so navigation does not eat the half hour |
| 02 | Pick one vehicle in the workbench and follow it down | One VIN carries cost, documents, logistics nodes and status — if it does not, everything downstream is an estimate |
| 03 | Open that vehicle's cost card, line by line | Vehicle price, freight, tax, reconditioning, payment milestones: whether the columns cover what you actually compute is the whole decision |
| 04 | Complete one real action end to end | Quote once, submit a set of export documents, or raise a store order — process and documents either keep up or they do not |
| 05 | Write down the three things that did not match | Three specific disagreements are a better agenda than a feature list, and they are what the call should be about |
Budget: about thirty minutes. Faster if you only check the cost card; slower if you go through customs documents end to end.
4. Four roles, four different first questions
The same tenant looks different depending on where you sit. The Chinese edition carries eight role-specific fifteen-minute routes; these four are the ones overseas conversations start with.
| Role | The question they ask first | Where to start in the demo |
|---|---|---|
| Group management / export head | How much did this vehicle earn, when does the cash come back, and can we trace who was responsible? | Group cockpit → drill into one VIN's cost card → approval thresholds and exception alerts |
| Import lead / customs | Is document completeness a hard gate or a reminder, and does tax actually land on the VIN? | Shipment batch → customs clearance → tax allocation per vehicle |
| Overseas store / 4S manager | Can I see in-transit, in-stock and ordered-not-delivered as three numbers rather than one? | Store stock → delivery order → service ticket on the same VIN |
| Finance / settlement | Can receipts be matched to the batch automatically, and are refund fields captured upstream? | Receipt matching → export refund fields → per-vehicle net |
If your role is not in this table, say so: the other routes exist and we will pick the closest one before the call.
5. What this page deliberately leaves out
No customer names, no logos, no deployment counts, no percentage improvements. That is not modesty — a number without its baseline is a claim you cannot check, and we would rather you check.
- Customer cases are published only after written approval from the customer and a review of every figure in them. Until then, what you get is the working system.
- No promised uplift. We do not know your starting point, your document discipline or your team's habits, so any efficiency number we quoted would be invented.
- Every claim on this site is meant to be checkable: open the tenant, open the field, ask for the data dictionary. If something cannot be shown, it does not belong in the copy.
- Where the demo and the Chinese edition disagree, the Chinese edition is the reference — it is the one with the full source list and the numeric caveats.
So the evaluation runs the other way round: you open the system, you find the place where it does not describe your chain, and we either fix the description or admit the gap. Both outcomes are useful; a glossy case study is neither.
Scope of this page
Suanshu Haiyuan. Demo tenants, evaluation route, and the cases we do not publish. Shanghai Siyang Information Technology Co., Ltd.. https://eficien.com/en/cases.html (English edition 2026-10-31). The working tenants and the detailed role routes are published in Simplified Chinese; this page describes the same surfaces in English and states no customer names, deployment counts or performance figures.
Nothing on this page is a customer testimonial or an offer. Cases are published only after written approval from the customer, and any figure quoted in a conversation is confirmed in writing with its baseline.
6. Questions we get before opening the demo
Short answers, including the ones that are not flattering.
Is the demo available in English?
No. The working interface is in Simplified Chinese today, and we will not pretend otherwise. We walk you through it in English, translate the screens that matter to your decision, and tell you plainly which parts you would have to read in Chinese.
Do I have to leave contact details?
No. Both tenants in section 1 open directly from their login pages with demo accounts. If you want a tenant seeded for your own line and market, that one we set up with you.
Can I change the demo data?
Yes. It is a separate demo tenant: add vehicles, edit documents, delete records. Nothing you do there reaches a real customer's data.
Can I see a customer case study?
Not on this page. Cases are published only with the customer's written approval and after every figure in them has been reviewed. What we can do instead is show you the same system they use, with demo data.
What if my chain does not fit the nine stages?
Then that is the most useful thing you will find in the demo. Country differences are delivered as packs, so the stages usually stay and the local rules change; if the stages themselves do not fit, say so on the call — that is a scope conversation, not a demo failure.
How long does it take to get my own demo tenant?
Same working day for the thirteen lines without a public account, usually within a few hours. Tell us the line, your role and your target market.
Open the demo, then bring us three things that did not match
Thirty minutes on the screens you actually care about beats a feature tour — and the disagreements are the useful part.
